I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2025 with an MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology. Since qualifying, I have gained experience across the NHS, private practice and professional sports settings, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Working across these varied environments has allowed me to develop a well-rounded approach to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, helping people of all ages and activity levels recover from injury, manage pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
Alongside my physiotherapy training, I have completed additional qualifications in sports massage, sports taping, and acupuncture, which allow me to use a variety of treatment techniques where appropriate. I aim to make treatment and rehabilitation practical, individual and achievable, giving people the confidence and understanding to play an active role in their recovery.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually strive to build on my knowledge and clinical skills to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and making the most of the outdoors, whenever the Scottish weather is on our side! I also enjoy travelling abroad and spending time with my family and friends. Staying active is an important part of my own lifestyle, and I understand how important it is to be able to take part in the sports, hobbies and everyday activities that you enjoy. My goal is to help people feel stronger, more confident and get back to doing the things they love.
