I graduated from UHI Perth with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and will begin an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Stirling in September 2026.
My interest in rehabilitation stems from my own experiences with injury and recovery, which inspired a passion for understanding how the body moves, adapts and performs. I have a background in competitive trampolining and swimming. I now coach within swimming, giving me valuable insight into injury management and return-to-play progression.
In clinic, I provide a range of assessment and treatment approaches, alongside teaching APPI Pilates and Lower Limb Rehabilitation classes. Having experienced knee injuries myself, I have developed a special interest in lower limb rehabilitation, helping clients build strength, confidence and resilience through movement and exercise.
Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, exploring Scotland’s Munros when the weather allows, and spending time gaming, both video and board-based!
